Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Last Reviewed: July 18, 2026

Our Commitment

Saticoy is committed to making saticoy.ai and our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build: we treat it as a design and engineering requirement rather than a retrofit, and we review it as our product changes.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, neurological, and learning disabilities.

saticoy.ai is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are also tracking the newer success criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2 and working them into our roadmap.

Standards We Work Toward

We design and test against the following frameworks, as applicable to our users:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — our primary technical standard.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — U.S. federal civil rights law. Courts have generally applied Titles II and III to websites and applications of covered entities, using WCAG as the practical benchmark.
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — applicable where we work with U.S. federal agencies or their contractors.
  • EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) — the European harmonized standard and accessibility requirements applicable to certain products and services in the EU.
  • UK Equality Act 2010, where relevant to UK users.

Measures We Take

  • Accessibility considerations are included in design reviews and in our definition of done for front-end work.
  • We use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks and labels where native semantics are insufficient, and a logical heading structure.
  • We support full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • We check color contrast against the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and meaningful interface components.
  • We provide text alternatives for informative images and mark decorative images so assistive technology can skip them.
  • Form fields have persistent, programmatically associated labels, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling at 320 CSS pixels and remains usable at 200% zoom.
  • We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting and avoid content that flashes more than three times per second.

How We Test

We evaluate accessibility using a combination of:

  • Automated tooling — Lighthouse run against key pages and templates.
  • Manual testing — keyboard-only navigation, zoom and reflow checks, and inspection of focus order and content structure.

Automated tools catch only a portion of accessibility issues, so manual and assistive technology testing carry the greater weight in our process.

Compatibility

saticoy.ai is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with current assistive technologies. Older browsers or unsupported combinations may produce a degraded experience.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of saticoy.ai relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technology installed: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, JavaScript, and SVG.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We list them here so you know what to expect, and we are working to resolve them.

  • Third-party embedded content. Some embedded widgets, video players, and integration interfaces are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We raise issues with those vendors and look for accessible alternatives. Target resolution: ongoing.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to our Accessibility Lead through our Contact page. You also retain the right to raise a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction — for example, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for ADA matters, or the national enforcement body designated under the European Accessibility Act in your EU member state.

Assessment and Approval

This statement was prepared on July 18th, 2026 based on a self-evaluation of saticoy.ai. It is reviewed at least annually and after significant changes to the Site or platform.
